Omni request is completely focused on providing your visitors / customers with a simple tool to acces the information they are looking for. You do not need paper leaflets anymore. Visitors interested in brochures can view these on the screen and requests them directly. You can export the information entered at a later time from the database so you can handle all requests.


Features

  • Gallery with generated thumbnails from every pdf's first page, the thumbnails are positioned horizontally and are clickable to open the corresponding pdf.

  • If there are not enough pdfs available to fill up the screen, sliding will be disabled automatically and the content will be centered.

  • Selection menu, every pdf can be selected after which it appears in the overview on the right side.

  • Saving, if 1 or more pdfs are selected the option to request it with the post button, or save it to usb with the usb button become available. The owner of the system is responsible for processing the requests correctly, if the usb option is chosen the selected files will be automatically copied to the usb inserted.

  • Form, to save personal data from users required for processing the requests.



Content

  • Pdfs files (a copy of the original) are automatically converted to an useable format for our software. Big pdf files or pdf files with alot pages (50+) can have a serious impact on performance and can take a long while to convert on first startup.



Customizable
Application

  • Application name.

  • The folder used to save the database file and update it.

  • Enabling and disabling the form, without a form no data is saved to the database.



Background

  • Background image can be a either jpg or png file.

  • Background color to use in case no image has been specified.

  • This is a standard Omnitapps form, and can be customized in the Configurator. For more information check out the configurator: Configurator




USB Form

  • This is a standard Omnitapps form, and can be customized in the Configurator. For more information check out the configurator: Configurator

  • Text message "insert USB"
