• Form, to collect personal data.


• Highscore, displayed before playing the quiz..


• Quiz, de quiz shows a picture and a question together with predefined possible answers. For each question a 60 sec. countdown timer is running. After choosing one of the possible answers a green (check) icon is displayed when correct, or a red (cross) icon when selecting a wrong answer. Then the next question is shown.


• Pictures, at each question you can scale, move and rotate the image belonging to that question.This way you can play the quiz in a unique way. You can ask a question that can be answered by inspecting the image, thus scale (zoom in) to find details.

• The folder location where Omnitapps can create a database for (form) data collection.


• Switching the registration form on/off. When turned off you can play the puzzle game without a highscore system.

• Background image that must be a jpg/png file.


• Background colour displayed when no background image is selected.

• This is a standard Omnitapps form that can be configured . For more information: Configurator

• Can be configured in the same way as the registration form is configured. You can configure different questions. You can also configure the sequence order and with a single click you add or remove a question.


• With each question you can choose a picture that is displayed together with the corresponding question (picture quiz) .Pictures must be a JPG or PNG image file.
